S&C Advises Mineral Resources on $1.3 Billion High-Yield Notes Offering
A $1.3 billion Rule 144A/Reg S issue of two series of notes, including $650 million of 6% Senior Notes due 2032 and $650 million of 6.25% Senior Notes, was completed by Mineral Resources (MinRes). Senior Notes are due in 2034.
