Position Description:
An established, full-service law firm is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of employment litigation experience to join its Labor & Employment team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have a combination of employment counseling and litigation experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

The firm is particularly interested in self-motivated candidates who are comfortable interacting directly with clients and are looking for meaningful career development and advancement opportunities.

All candidates must be currently licensed to practice law in Illinois.

The salary range for this position in Chicago is $215,000 – $300,000. Actual compensation may fall above or below this range based on experience, skills, and other relevant factors. In addition to base salary, the firm offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including productivity and discretionary bonuses, health and welfare benefits (medical, life, accident, and disability insurance), and a 401(k) plan.
