Corporate Litigation Associate (1-3 yrs.) – Wilmington

Position Description:
Our client is seeking an associate to join its Litigation group, with a focus on Corporate Litigation matters in Delaware. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in the Delaware Court of Chancery, with additional experience in Securities or Commercial Litigation in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware considered highly valuable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy
- Draft high-quality legal documents, including briefs, motions, and correspondence
- Assist with and help manage matters from inception through resolution, including trial preparation, hearings, and settlement discussions
- Participate in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations
- Collaborate with attorneys and business professionals to develop strategic legal solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients through clear and professional communication
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and evolving legal standards
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of relevant litigation experience in the Delaware Court of Chancery and/or the District of Delaware
- Juris Doctor (JD) with strong academic credentials
- Admission to the Delaware bar, or pending admission
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and project management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and as part of a team
