Mid-Level Health Care Associate Attorney (2–4 Years)

Position Description:
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join its dynamic Health Care practice. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across offices and practice teams on sophisticated and complex health care matters.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm setting, with a strong foundation in healthcare transactional and regulatory matters
- Familiarity with federal and state health care laws and regulations, including HIPAA and state privacy laws, Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare and Medicaid programs, and provider licensure requirements
- Experience drafting and negotiating health care-related agreements, such as provider and vendor contracts, as well as business associate agreements
- Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to address complex regulatory issues
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Interest in contributing to business development efforts, including client presentations and industry engagement
Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and possess strong academic credentials, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Admission to at least one relevant state bar is required, although candidates who are eligible for prompt admission by waiver will also be considered.
