Position Description:
Our client is seeking Finance associates to join its Finance & Transactions team in Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and well-regarded practice representing a sophisticated and diverse client base. The Opportunity
Associates in this group will handle a broad range of commercial finance matters within a cohesive and team-oriented environment. The platform is designed to support professional growth while maintaining a strong focus on delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in commercial finance at a law firm
• Experience drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• J.D. (or equivalent) with strong academic credentials
• Admitted to practice in Illinois (or actively seeking admission)
