Position Description:
Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys managing sophisticated litigation matters, working collaboratively with legal teams across multiple jurisdictions, and delivering exceptional client service in a dynamic environment. This role requires an active California State Bar license.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters
• Handle all stages of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Draft, review, and argue motions and pleadings
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Prepare witnesses, exhibits, and case materials for hearings and trial
• Utilize e-discovery platforms and litigation technology tools
• Develop litigation strategies and collaborate with clients and legal teams
• Maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality legal services

Qualifications

• Active California State Bar license required
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
• Experience with motion practice, depositions, trial preparation and courtroom proceedings, case file management, E-discovery software and litigation technology
• Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while working remotely
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Outstanding academic credentials preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $165,000 – $185,000 annually

Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other business-related factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. Comprehensive benefits may include:
