Position Description:
Our client is seeking a mid-level Associate, with 3-5 years of large law firm experience, to join the Capital Markets practice in New York. A strong background in securities and capital markets is required, including experience with private placements and PIPE transactions, Rule 144A offerings, IPOs, and follow-on equity and debt offerings.
The practice staffs matters across offices, providing associates with the opportunity to work on both issuer- and underwriter-side private and public offerings, as well as ongoing securities disclosure, including ’34 Act reporting and corporate governance matters.
Candidates should have a strong academic credentials and a demonstrated ability to take on meaningful responsibility. Candidates should be barred in NY or be able to become admitted within a year of hire.
