Position Description:
Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Litigation team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of litigation experience and an active Texas Bar license.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience representing companies and individuals in complex business disputes, including matters involving contracts, trade secrets, collections, and business torts
• Experience with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings, including file management, motion practice, and depositions
• Proficiency working with e-discovery platforms and litigation technology tools
• Strong advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
• Strong academic credentials
