Position Description:
Our client is seeking an Associate to join its ESOP Transactions & Services practice. 

The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience with ESOP transactions, corporate and ERISA matters, including transaction planning and design, qualified retirement plans, Code Section 409A, exposure to M&A, corporate governance for ESOP-owned companies, executive compensation, and general corporate work. Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.

The preferred location for this role is Kansas City, with additional consideration given to candidates in Philadelphia and Chicago. Applicants must be resident in and licensed to practice in their respective location.
