Position Description:
Our client is seeking an Employment Litigation & Counseling Associate for its Phoenix office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys a mix of sophisticated litigation work and hands-on client counseling in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
In this role, you’ll work on a wide range of employment matters, including litigation involving employment-related claims and restrictive covenant disputes. You’ll also have the opportunity to partner closely with clients advising on compensation and bonus structures, employee handbooks, arbitration agreements, and workplace policies, while providing practical, day-to-day guidance to HR professionals.
The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of experience, along with strong litigation skills and a genuine interest in labor and employment law. Direct experience in this practice area is highly valued, but candidates with a solid litigation background who are eager to focus their practice in employment law are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Arizona.
