Position Description:
Our client is seeking an Associate with two to three years of corporate finance experience to join its growing Financial Services practice in New York or Nashville. The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in the documentation, negotiation, and closing of finance transactions, including asset‑based, real estate, and/or cash‑flow lending.

 

This role offers meaningful responsibility, hands‑on training, and the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative, well‑established group that provides a strong platform for long‑term professional development.

 

Strong academic credentials, excellent drafting abilities, and a high level of motivation and attention to detail are essential.

 

There is a strong preference for candidates to join the Nashville office, and our client will provide relocation support for candidates relocating to Nashville specifically for this position.  They are also open to hiring in New York, where senior members of the team sit and who will provide integration and mentorship to any New York hires.
