Position Description:
Our client is seeking multiple mid-level associates, with 3-5 years of experience, to join their private funds formation team in New York or Los Angeles.  Our client’s practice has consistently grown over the last few years, and the firm’s leadership is strategically investing in this practice to ensure it continues to grow and succeed.  Attorneys joining this practice will be joining a dynamic group of attorneys that is highly regarded in the industry and with its clients. 

Qualified candidates should have 3-5 years of experience, gained in a large law firm setting, with private equity funds, credit funds, hedge funds, and other investment funds in all aspects of fund formation, fund structuring and capital raising. Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of fund structures and regulatory compliance, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate must be able to demonstrate strong academic and analytical capabilities and be barred in the jurisdiction in which they are applying.
