Position Description:
Our client is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel with 6+ years of experience in labor and employment matters to join their team in Chicago.
 
The ideal candidate will have significant traditional labor experience, including work involving unions, collective bargaining, NLRB matters, labor arbitrations, and related issues. The role requires someone who can confidently manage a broad range of traditional labor matters from day one.

Candidates should also have substantial experience with employment-related counseling, transactional drafting, and litigation—covering both single-plaintiff cases and collective/class actions. This includes matters involving hiring and separation, wage and hour issues, EEO compliance, non‑compete and trade secret matters, employment policies, agreements and handbook reviews, due diligence for corporate transactions, accommodations and leave issues, internal investigations, and other employment law concerns.
