Litigation Associate (3-7 years)

The firm’s practice areas include community association law, landlord-tenant matters, property tax appeals, collections, and litigation. With offices across several states and a client base that includes thousands of community associations nationwide, the firm has built a strong reputation for delivering reliable, results-driven legal counsel.
Position Description:
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3–7 years of experience to join its condominium and homeowner association practice group.
Qualified candidates must have strong litigation experience, including experience with mediations and arbitrations. Experience or familiarity with the Illinois Condominium Property Act is a plus, but not required.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage a large caseload and demonstrate the ability to take on meaningful responsibility. This role involves drafting motions and other legal pleadings, appearing in court, and interacting directly with clients. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Illinois.
This position requires an initial 60-day in-office training period. Following successful completion, the role transitions to a hybrid schedule, with one in-office day per week.
