Position Description:
Litigation Paralegal (3–5 Years)
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)Our client, a respected mid-sized law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team. This role will support attorneys across multiple offices and focus on a mix of real estate, construction, and business litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide litigation support to 2–3 attorneys across multiple offices
- Manage e-filing in state and local courts
- Maintain calendars, deadlines, and docketing systems
- Assist with drafting and organizing legal documents
- Coordinate scheduling for hearings, depositions, and meetings
- Track and record billable time (target of approximately 5 billable hours per day)
- Support all aspects of case management in civil litigation matters
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience required
- Experience in real estate, construction, or business litigation preferred
- Familiarity with state and local court rules and procedures
- Experience with e-filing systems and court filings
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
