Position Description:
Our client is seeking to hire mid-level to senior associates with approximately 3–6 years of experience into their Projects & Infrastructure practice.

The ideal candidates will possess strong academic credentials and relevant large law firm experience, with a focus on sophisticated transactions involving tax equity, project finance, and/or project development (including construction and EPC contracts), as well as offtake agreements.

This is a highly collaborative team that works seamlessly across multiple offices. Candidates may be based in any of the firm’s major U.S. locations, including Chicago, Washington, DC, New York, Houston, or Los Angeles.
