Position Description:
Our client is seeking a commercial Real Estate Associate to join its team in Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, or Dayton.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative practice focused on sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including high-profile development and new construction projects. Associates in this group work closely with experienced partners and senior attorneys, gaining meaningful responsibility and direct client exposure while contributing to complex, high-value transactions.

Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions, ideally including development and construction work
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage projects independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting
• Active bar admission in Illinois or Ohio

Illinois compensation range is $235,000 – $255,000
Ohio compensation range is $180,000 – $205,000
