Structured Finance Attorney (3-6 yrs of experience)

Position Description:
Our client is seeking a mid-level to senior associates with three or more years of experience to join their leading U.S. Banking and Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working on securitization, warehouse financing, and other structured finance transactions. Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer asset classes is strongly preferred. Associates in this role can expect to work on sophisticated, market-leading transactions and collaborate closely with experienced partners and clients.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of large law firm experience in structured finance
- Demonstrated experience with securitization and warehouse financing transactions
- Experience with residential mortgage loans or consumer assets preferred
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
This position is open to candidates based in multiple cities across the US with a preference for Charlotte, Chicago, New York, or Washington, D.C.
