Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney (Healthcare) (3+ yrs)
Permanent Placements is seeking several litigation associates to join our Top 30 Am client's nationally recognized Managed Care team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a large and impressive team of attorneys who have dedicated their practice to working with leading managed care companies throughout the United States on a wide range of cutting-edge matters including litigation, class actions, compliance, regulatory work, false claims act cases, government programs, and governmental investigations.
Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of law firm or relevant in-house experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration. Managed care or health care experience is required.
Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and strong writing, research, analytical and verbal communication skills. Experience handling multiple cases and/or managing regulatory or compliance matters, and ability to serve as the point person on litigation and/or counseling is preferred.
This is a nationwide search, but preferred locations include Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and New York. Candidates must be admitted to practice in the State where they are hired.
