Corporate Securities Attorney (8+ yrs)
Permanent Placements is seeking a Corporate Securities Associate or Counsel to join its Chicago client's growing Corporate Group. This is an excellent opportunity to help support and grow this Chicago-based firm's securities, private fund and investment services practice.
Qualified candidates will have experience representing registered investment advisers, family offices, private funds, and financial sponsors on formation, regulatory, operational, compliance and transactional matters, including representing buyers and sellers in M&A transactions involving wealth managers, investment advisers and other RIAs. Candidates should also have experience with private placements, middle market fund formation and ongoing compliance matters, as well as broker-dealer formation, regulation and compliance. Admission to the IL bar is required.
