Staff Attorney – Litigation (3+ yrs)
Permanent Placements is hiring a Staff Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join its AM Top 50 client’s Miami office. Qualified candidates must have experience in commercial litigation, including experience in premises liability. Responsibilities include supporting litigation matters through legal research, preparation of pleadings, memoranda and other written documents, attendance at hearings, settlement conferences and depositions, and management of matters from commencement through resolution. Basic knowledge of federal and state court practice, experience preparing answers, discovery, and dispositive and other routine motions is required. Case management experience is strongly preferred. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing with the State Bar of Florida.
