Following the retirement of its former CFO and the departure of its CHRO, Fox Rothschild has appointed two new members to its C-suite. CHRO Julie Paul joins from Armstrong Teasdale, while CFO Amit Amin comes from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. Amit Amin, the company’s chief financial officer, and Julie Paul, its senior human resources officer, are the two new C-suite hires at Fox Rothschild.
