CA Immo received legal counsel from Dentons about the successful sale of the Visionary office building in Prague 7-Holešovice.

The overall lettable area of the property is roughly 25,500 square meters. The building was 93% leased at the time of the acquisition, including leases with future start dates.

The sale is a component of CA Immo’s strategic capital rotation program, which aims to concentrate the company’s portfolio on high-end, contemporary Class A office buildings in its primary European markets.
