As a lender, National Westminster Bank has received advice from BCLP on a credit granted to a joint venture between Gatehouse Investment Management and GREYKITE European Real Estate Fund under the Uniqhomes name. The money will be used to finance and refinance the purchase of assets from Uniqhomes’ portfolio, which consists of more than 1,000 single-family rental properties spread across 26 locations in England.
