Paige Delia, a municipal attorney, has joined the Norristown-based firm of High Swartz. Delia will assist the firm’s municipal customers in Eastern Pennsylvania, such as boroughs, townships, and zoning hearing boards, with issues pertaining to employment, code enforcement, and zoning.
