Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP assisted Daiwa Energy & Infrastructure Co., Ltd. (DEI) with due diligence and and drafting and negotiating the investment and joint venture documents related to their acquisition related to the 49% equity interest in two large-scale battery energy storage system (BESS) projects in the U.S. and Italy being developed by Enfinity Global Inc.
