Samantha Winter McAlpin, an of counsel lawyer in the Tax, Trusts, & Estates practice group, has joined Spencer Fane LLP’s Phoenix office.

Samantha assists individuals, families, and fiduciaries with estate planning, trust and estate administration, and probate issues. Wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, financial and health care powers of attorney, and living wills are just a few of the estate planning topics she offers advice on.
