‘Show, Don’t Tell’: How Law Firms Are Promoting DEI to Incoming Talent
After George Floyd’s death in 2020, law firms highlighted their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs to attract talent. However, during the second Trump administration, there has been a noticeable decline in the public use of DEI terminology. As a result, firms are now adopting a “show, don’t tell” approach, focusing on demonstrating their commitment to DEI rather than explicitly promoting it.
