In an extensive building renovation and lease renewal involving multiple leases covering more than 350,000 sq. ft. NIA of office space at 30 Gresham Street, London, Mayer Brown has acted for the landlord, 30 Gresham Street Limited, a joint venture of Wing Tai Properties Limited (a Hong Kong publicly listed company SEHK stock code: 369) and Manhattan Holdings Limited. Investec, Rathbones, and Commerzbank were the three lender tenants that participated in the regear.
