Law Firm Diversity Professionals Face Challenging Job Market

The Trump administration’s inspection of law firms’ programming has resulted in fewer and more difficult-to-get DEI positions. Some firms are choosing not to openly list DEI employment, and the majority of vacant positions are backfill rather than new positions.
The talent pool as a whole is probably going to get smaller due to different degrees of withdrawal, even if recruiters who move DEI professionals anticipate that the majority of positions will survive. In 2024, its revenue will be sufficient to earn a place on the Am Law 200.
