Lido Advisors Completes Strategic Investment from HPS to Support Continued Growth

Lido Advisors closed on a strategic investment from funds managed by HPS Investment Partners. Ropes & Gray LLP served as legal counsel to Lido and Charlesbank Capital Partners (“Charlesbank”). Herrick, Feinstein LLP and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP also provided legal advice. Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP served as legal counsel to Constellation Wealth Capital (“CWC”). Sidley Austin LLP served as legal counsel to HPS Investment Partners (“HPS”).
