Ashurst has advised the project financier, National Australia Bank (NAB), to the first commercially financed hydrogen project in Australia, the Good Earth Green Hydrogen and Ammonia (GEGHA), which will be located near Moree, New South Wales (NSW). GEGHA is a joint venture between Australian agricultural enterprise Sundown Pastoral and developer of green hydrogen infrastructure projects Hiringa Energy.
