Dentons advises J&T Banka on refinancing Galeria Północna shopping center

In order to refinance the Galeria Północna shopping center in Warsaw, Dentons advised J&T Banka to extend a €84 million loan to a company from the GTC Group, a prominent investor and developer in the commercial real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe that is also active in the German market. J&T Banka is a Czech private and investment bank that operates in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, and Germany. It has had a representation office in Warsaw since 2025.
