Today, NexPhase Capital, a philosophically driven and operationally focused private equity firm, announced its investment in Magic Science Corporation, the health sciences company behind the rapidly expanding skincare brand Magic Molecule. The investment will support Magic Science Corporation’s growth into new product categories, retail distribution, and science-backed cosmetics and home goods.
