On a completely voluntary basis, City Brewing Company, one of the biggest independent co-manufacturers of beer, flavored malt, ready-to-drink, and non-alcoholic beverages in the US, finished a thorough out-of-court restructuring deal. The reorganization places City Brewing in a position for long-term operational stability and sustainable growth by drastically lowering the company’s debt and increasing liquidity through fresh capital investment.
