Co-head of Sullivan & Cromwell’s private equity division, Brian Hamilton, is negotiating a move to Willkie. Lee Parnes, a corporate partner in the M&A division of Sullivan & Cromwell, is currently employed at Davis Polk.
The departures occur while S&C is forging its transatlantic alliance.
