In a Big Lateral Year for Nelson Mullins, Houston Was a Hub for Activity

Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough has been active in the lateral market over the past year, adding a former White House policy expert and new partners from around two dozen firms, especially in litigation. However, the firm experienced more partner departures than arrivals, particularly from its largest office in Atlanta. In contrast, its new Houston office attracted the most new partners. Overall, departures outpaced new hires.
