A year after Troutman Pepper Sanders and Locke Lord finalized their merger, the new firm—Troutman Pepper Locke—will appoint its first Chief Operating Officer (COO), Rob Adam from Dentons, effective at the end of September. This follows the successful merger vote last year and the merger’s official start eight months ago. The firm expects strong financial performance throughout 2025.
