CSG Law launches legal and professional malpractice defense team

According to Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi, their legal and professional malpractice defense team was established on September 3.

In a range of cases, including accusations of malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, aiding and abetting, and other tortious conduct before federal and state courts as well as disciplinary review boards, the team has experience defending lawyers, law firms, their insurers, and other professionals, including accountants, architects, and environmental consultants.
