Ropes & Gray has opened a new office in Milan, Italy, to strengthen its global private equity practice. This expansion includes a private equity team from Latham & Watkins, led by three partners. Two of these partners will be based in Milan, while the third will work from London. This launch follows the firm’s recent opening of an office in Paris.
