On behalf of lead investor Evolution Equity Partners, Dentons is pleased to announce the completion of a Series B financing. Our client took part in a $100 million funding round for Noma Security, Inc., an Israeli business that is driving the revolution in agentic AI. On July 29, 2025, the cross-border transaction finalized, nine months following Noma Security’s Series A.
