Many attorneys are relieved that the hybrid work model is likely here to stay. While firms like Hogan Lovells, Duane Morris, and Weil have implemented four-day workweek mandates, Greenberg Traurig maintains a flexible return-to-office policy. Earlier this year, Akerman appointed its first director of connections to enhance flexible work arrangements, a move also valued by smaller firms in the region.
