Position Description:
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level Restructuring and Insolvency Associate to join their team in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have between one and five years of experience, either as a bankruptcy judicial law clerk or as a practicing bankruptcy attorney. Experience representing secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructurings is essential. Familiarity with avoidable transfer litigation is also preferred.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with seasoned attorneys who provide active mentorship and support professional growth through increasing levels of responsibility and direct client engagement. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service are required.
