FenXun Partners (FenXun), Baker McKenzie’s joint operation partner in China, and Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow have assisted CapitaLand Investment (CLI) on the RMB 1.2 billion first public sale of a foreign-issued Panda bond tied to sustainability. This transaction is the second historic one in which the cross-border team has assisted CLI in the Chinese bond market.
