As of January 1, 2026, Frost Brown Todd has stated that it would merge with Gibbons, a firm situated in Newark.
About 800 attorneys will work for the combined business, which will be called FBT Gibbons, in 25 offices. With offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, the merger represents Frost Brown Todd’s entrée into the legal markets in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic.
