The largest international law firm in the world, Dentons, has provided legal advice to a group of banks led by HSBC Bank plc, including Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank PJSC, Ajman Bank P.S.C., Bank ABC, Bank of Sharjah, DIB, Emirates NBD Capital, First Abu Dhabi Bank, GIB Capital, HSBC, Sharjah Islamic Bank, and Standard Chartered Bank. The government of the Emirate of Sharjah issued US$750 million in trust certificates under its Trust Certificate Issuance Program.
