Honigman recently invested in and partnered with Precision Pool & Spa, a full-service pool maintenance and construction company that offers residential pool installation, renovation, maintenance, and other services throughout upstate New York, on behalf of O2 Investment Partners and its pool care platform, Azureon, a provider of pool care services in the United States.
