ZF Friedrichshafen AG, a multinational technology company that provides mobility systems for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and industrial technology, recently hired Honigman as U.S. counsel for the division and sale of its Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) business unit to Harman International, an engineer and producer of audio, video, and lighting products.
