Position Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Attorney to join their growing real estate transactional team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated lender‑side transactions within a collaborative, forward‑thinking legal environment.

This role is ideal for Senior Associates or Counsel‑level attorneys who are skilled at managing multiple deals simultaneously and are looking for a clear pathway toward Partnership. In this position, you will work closely with a seasoned partner—serving as his second-in-command—while also mentoring and overseeing junior attorneys.
    
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of demonstrated experience in lender‑side real estate transactions, including:

• Complex debt and equity financing structures
• Purchase and sale transaction documentation
• Securitized lending
• Due diligence, including title and survey review
• Commercial leasing
• HUD-related experience (preferred, not required)

  
While our client offers hybrid flexibility, the role will require on‑site collaboration at their Los Angeles–area office approximately 3–4 days per week.
