Director of Recruiting (Legal) – Experienced Sales Professional

Exceptional Earning Potential
(Base salary + commission)
- First year recruiters typically earn $100,000 to over $130,000.
- Established recruiters often exceed $200,000 annually as they build out their legal desk.

What We Are Looking For
Proven Sales Ability
This is a sales driven role. Success depends on your ability to source legal talent, build strong relationships, and close placements for attorneys or professional staff.
Legal Industry Experience
Ideal candidates bring experience in legal recruiting or familiarity with law firm environments, legal support staffing, or attorney level recruiting. Candidates should live somewhere in the area of Philadelphia or Northern/Central New Jersey and have 5+ years of experience in legal recruiting.
Long Term Commitment
We are seeking individuals who want to build a career—not just take another job. Candidates should have experience working independently, from intake through onboarding. Ideally should have a variety of direct-hire placements across a variety of firm sizes and practice areas & specialties.
